Two of Kim Campbell's photographs were recently awarded Honorable Mentions in the Moscow International Foto Awards (MIFA). Her two photos were selected from thousands of entries from over 85 countries and won in two categories, Collage and Portraits.
I got a cool little certificate in the mail the other day all the way from jolly old London. It said I was a NOMINEE in the 'People' category in the 4th Annual Winners Gallery. Well all I can say is that it was an honor to be nominated. Kudos to a contest committee for sending it all the way to PDX. Now I just need to find a frame...
A blogger gave me the heads up that my work was featured in American Photo Magazine and I headed over to Powell's to look for myself. I was truly honored and thrilled to have not one but two of my images printed nexted to some really talented photographers.
